3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- Parents must create accounts on behalf of their children
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account may include multiple child profiles

- The App is designed for children ages 5-18
- Parents must supervise children under 13
- Parents must provide consent for children under 13
4. Subscription Terms
Plans Available
- Gold Plan: Full access to reading content and basic features
- Diamond Plan: Includes Gold features plus AI teacher, cloud sync, and advanced tools
Free Trial
- New users receive a 7-day free trial
- Cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
- Subscription automatically begins after trial unless cancelled
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App for educational purposes only
- Not share account credentials
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Not upload inappropriate or harmful content
- Supervise children's use of the App
6. Intellectual Property
